On y suit Jeremiah, un jeune homme perdu dans les décombres qui ère de ville en ville afin de retrouver ses parents ou des survivants de La Grande Mort. Accompagné de Kurdy, ils sillonnent les routes à la recherche de réponses, espérant fonder un monde meilleur, qui repartira sur de meilleures bases.

Libby reports back and Kurdy leads the attack on the camp. They rescue everyone, but the leader escapes and heads eastmore...Kurdy is still not speaking to Jeremiah. Libby reports back and Kurdy leads the attack on the camp. They rescue everyone, but the leader escapes and heads east to find the mysterious Daniel. Marcus leaves Jeremiah in charge of the camp and the nearby village.
