Dès son arrivée au lycée, Koshiyama Shiki est invité à rejoindre le club de quiz mené par Sasajima Gakuto. Ce club invite ses membres à réaliser eux-mêmes des quiz élaborés et à réfléchir à des questions sur la culture générale et quelques autres domaines plus vastes. Ce club un peu spécial possède aussi des compétitions de quiz par équipe de trois où si l'on donne trois mauvaises réponses, on est directement disqualifié. Ainsi, Shiki se retrouve entraîné dans le monde compétitif des quiz.

Inaba Yuushi's parents died in his first year of middle school, and he moved in with his relatives. Though they did care for him, he could tell he was a burden. After he graduated, he happily prepared to move to a high school with a dormitory. Unfortunately, the dormitory burned to the ground before he could move in! Yuushi doesn't want to live with his grudging relatives, but it's rough finding lodging as an orphaned student with little money. He finally finds a room in a nice old building which seems too good to be true.
The catch is that it is a Monster House, a place where humans and supernatural creatures—ghosts, mononoke, etc.—live together. Another high schooler lives there, a cute girl named Akine, and she's completely unfazed by the monsters. In fact, she can even exorcise evil spirits! Yuushi's high school life just got much stranger than he ever bargained for!

Les acheteurs se rende sur le lieux des enchères, le box est ouvert et ils ont 5 minutes pour regarder et regarder seulement le contenu du box.
Ils n’ont ni le droit d’entrer ni de toucher le contenue. Ainsi c’est au flère et à l’instinct que tout se fera, enfin presque. Car il arrive parfois que l’on voit clairement le contenu du box et donc on a une idée bien précise de ce qu’il peut rapporter à la revente et donc du montant maximal qu’il faudra se fixer pour les enchères !
On est encore une fois vraiment sur des petites enchères à la différence de Enchères à tout prix ou les enchères sur les contenairs peuvent monter jusque 30 000$.
Ici, les enchères démarre très bas (100$ en moyenne) pour atteindre des sommes au grand maximum de 3000$. Bien entendu le bénéfice ou marge, lui aussi est plus minime. Cependant et de manière générale, tous les box leurs permettent plus ou moins de faire une petite marge. Reste à voir dans les épisodes suivants la tournure que cela prend.
