Été 2012, la ville de Londres subit une attaque terroriste sans précédent : une bombe nucléaire explose au cœur de la cité, tuant d’un coup 100 000 personnes ! Une évacuation massive de la capitale s’organise, tandis que le gouvernement prend des mesures drastiques pour renforcer la sécurité d’une population traumatisée. Afin de prévenir de futurs attentats, le MI-5 décide de créer, sous la responsabilité de la jeune Hannah, une nouvelle cellule destinée à infiltrer les groupes terroristes. Jez, Rachel, Rob, Vik, Kylie et Charlie sont alors recrutés pour devenir les agents de terrain de la cellule.

Rochelle, a medical student who teams up with Laurel and Gustav to
protect and defend the citizens of D.C. from an untimely fate. As the
tiny bugs continue to multiply, Laurel and her allies must work quickly
to identify the other-worldly creatures, stop their infiltration and

On the outside, Dr. Sabine Lommers is leading the government efforts to contain the outbreak, and has asked for Lex's help in enforcing the cordon - which grows increasingly difficult as the public trust deteriorates. And the public has reason to be wary, as journalist Leo begins unraveling a conspiracy, finding that something doesn't add up in the official story being told. Torn apart from their loved ones, the survivors trapped within the cordon are fighting against not only fatal infection, but also isolation, fear, and the disintegration of society around them. But as they begin to gain each other's trust, hope remains, and on either side of the cordon unlikely heroes will rise.
