Okja (2017) 7.5/10

Pendant dix années idylliques, la jeune Mija s'est occupée sans relâche d'Okja, un énorme animal au grand cœur, auquel elle a tenu compagnie au beau milieu des montagnes de Corée du Sud. Mais la situation évolue quand une multinationale familiale capture Okja et transporte l'animal jusqu'à New York où Lucy Mirando, la directrice narcissique et égocentrique de l'entreprise, a de grands projets pour le cher ami de la jeune fille. Sans tactique particulière, mais fixée sur son objectif, Mija se lance dans une véritable mission de sauvetage. Son périple éreintant se complique lorsqu'elle croise la route de différents groupes de capitalistes, démonstrateurs et consommateurs déterminés à s'emparer du destin d'Okja, tandis que la jeune Mija tente de ramener son ami en Corée.
